Refund & Return Policy

At Kasa Fashion, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item is free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
- Item was not purchased as a final sale or discounted item
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale and clearance items
- Custom-made or bespoke garments
- Intimate apparel and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- 01Email support@kasa.fashion with your order number and reason for return
- 02Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- 03Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- 04Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate the item you would like in exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kasa.fashion with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
